When uploading your CV to the Guardian Jobsite you will be given the option to allow recruiters to view your CV. If you consent to this, all data contained within will be available to selected recruiters. If consent is not given, your CV will remain hidden from recruiters unless submitted by yourself directly to the recruiter.
